Investor Relations Management

A requirement of listing an offer on the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board is that investors receive quarterly reports in the form of a newsletter or directors statement, along with Annual General Meetings. Alchemy provides an Investor Relations service that supports company secretaries and Boards of its capital raising clients.

The Alchemy Investor Relations service includes: drafting and distribution of a quarterly investor newsletter;

• Drafting and distribution of AGM & EGM notices including assistance with motions;
• Attendance at AGM’s & EGM’s;
• Drafting and distribution of a AGM & EGM minutes;
• Fielding investor enquiries on the behalf of the company.
  
  

Additional services are quoted on request but the basic investor relations service costs $2,000 plus GST per quarter with a minimum 1 year engagement.
