Adding Value Back to Your Business
Alchemy recently attended a presention by Andrew McKenzie, CEO of Shirlaws - business coaches. McKenzie noted that in terms of market indicators the current recovery, whilst tentative, is 40% from its lowest point. With job advertisements up 2.43% since May 08, the major indicators are suggesting we are now at the bottom of the cycle. The economy lags 6-12 months behind the market, so it is at this time, McKenzie stressed, that companies should be building their platforms for growth - to position for the upside. It is the companies that do this that will secure their market share.
